The hotel is clean, the staff is super friendly, and the location is convenient with easy access to the metro for reaching the city center. the comfort double room had a nice bathroom, a great garden view, and a bathtub.

Magnificent and perfect location not far from Berlin's famous shopping street, the Kurfurstendamm, could not be better. Well stocked and well-organised rooms with a nice view in kurfürstendamm, free Wi-Fi.

Marvellous and lovely location, easy to get around Berlin by a train station located walk from the hotel. Positioned in the good area.

We booked a De-Luxe room with a balcony overlooking the Ku'Damm. The room was enormous and very comfortably furnished with large seats and settees to relax on. ( 50" tv provided but limited English channels available, pay channels available ).The balcony table and chairs were convenient.Despite the comments of some other guests, we found that even with the balcony door left open, street noise was not that obtrusive. Then shower room was nicely decorated and soaps/shower gels were provided, ( also hair drier ). Breakfast buffet was extensive and well laid out, pleasant if busy at peak times. Service was good and our only request was dealt with immediately. All in all, a very nice hotel in a perfect situation and at a price that was very, very reasonable for a capital city hotel in a central location. The room , I imagine , could get very hot in summer and would then need one or two small fans to make the tempoeratures comfortable. We left windows/balcony door open and all was fine, ( balcony secure!!).

Enjoy state-of-the-art spacious rooms with two single beds joined to create a double, coffee makers, and fantastic garden views, with attentive staff always ready to help.

The location is excellent, very good and reach breakfast, good value for the money provided that the booking is made at least 3 months in advance.

This venue is beautiful and fantastic, it's conveniently located near the city center with easy access to public transportation, including a direct bus service from Tegel Airport.

This place is really cozy and welcoming, plus the staff is incredibly helpful when it comes to getting around the area. the breakfast comes with a great view which makes it even better, and the variety of food options is quite impressive! 🌟

Just an excellent hotel for the short city break we had in Berlin. Ideal location to combine sight-seeing, shopping and eating.

The location on the Kurfurstendamm and location to the Zoo Station. The breakfast was also very good.

I had asked for a double superior room and expected a double bed, not two single beds. The staff could have been more friendly also.
